Team C's first assignment was very good. Three people cleaned a 100 sq m house fairly thoroughly from the basement to the first floor in 2 hours 15 minutes. The second assignment, however, was unsatisfactory. This time, two people, but the same 2 hours 15 minutes. Unfortunately, neither employee understood a word of German or English, making communication difficult. The cleaning ranged from adequate to inadequate. The floors were particularly unsatisfactory; the mop only spread the dirt, which is clearly visible in the places where the mop is picked up, leaving a dirty residue on the floor. Corners were completely missed, and other surfaces were sometimes wiped, sometimes just wetted, or overlooked. The living space in the basement was refused, even though it only needed to be vacuumed thoroughly once. The stairs were not cleaned. All in all, after two assignments, only two stars remain. I placed the order personally and also wrote the review. This review represents my personal opinion of the work performed. I was satisfied once, and dissatisfied once. Based on my experience, I have not placed any further assignments.

A bit chaotic in terms of scheduling and communication. But friendly, personable, and helpful. When a time was finally found, the cleaning lady was very good, but she had to leave 45 minutes earlier (than agreed) to make the next appointment.

Excellent work. She was called afterward, explained where the problems were and what wasn't working. She worked hard and delivered excellently. Sure, there were a few things missed, but that wasn't a problem at all. Thank you for your help, even after the original "maid" canceled at short notice.

Unfortunately, there are no 0 stars, otherwise I would have chosen this one. This is my worst and final experience with an anonymous portal like this. The "cleaning" was a joke; the apartment was almost dirtier afterward than before. Now they refuse to waive the bill, preferring to discuss it with me relatively unprofessionally via email. Customer service 0 out of 5 stars. The company apparently doesn't care at all how negative the customer experience was, as long as they pay. That's the worst! I advise everyone against it! ADDENDUM AND REPLY to the owner's comment: You never offered me a follow-up cleaning. Regardless, you don't really think I'd let your unprofessional cleaners into my apartment again, do you? Do you just want to make money at any cost, or is your service and customer service philosophy also important to you?!

Unfortunately not a very reliable company and very average service. My appointment was canceled without a warning (I waited and no one came). Got then a second appointment for the next day: Only one person came, not a team as agreed and 30 mins too late, although I made it clear that it was important to be on time that day.A lot of the cleaning wasn't done or only surperficial and it took 1 week of back and forth emails and calls to get my feedback heard, only to get a 20e reduction.Conclusion: Bad value for money and unreliable.

Unfortunately, the first appointment had to be postponed, but I was very satisfied with Giorgiana's team the second time around. I deducted one star because no one showed up the first time without canceling. After a phone call, however, the problem was taken seriously, and an alternative appointment was arranged.

I can only agree with O. Leister's experience (2 stars): The first appointment was okay, but the second appointment was much shorter and the cleaning was sloppy. I filled out the online feedback form and noted the points of criticism, but no response. A response probably only comes if you post publicly here... We're done with Maideasy; I don't really recommend the price-performance ratio.

One star is already too many!!!! Today, November 23rd, a cleaner was supposed to clean my apartment between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. NOBODY came!!!!! When I came home at 6 p.m., I found the apartment exactly as I left it this morning. Of course, the money was debited!!!!!! On the first visit, the 5-star package that I booked weekly was only half completed. Kitchen cabinets, doors, and the entire bathroom were just forgotten!!!! Are you trying to kid me????? Just stay away from this company and find someone you can trust for your household.
